MARSHALL SPEAKER // An actually chic bluetooth speaker. For sound snobs, it’s noticeably better quality than our TV speaker, which — now that I’m typing the thought out — isn’t saying much. But it’s good, I swear.
NEUTRA // This Taschen series on architectural and artistic geniuses is perfect for stacking + styling. I would imagine they’re also educative but, alas, this is one of the books I haven’t cracked open.
LEATHER SHIRT JACKET // I’ll be honest, when I pulled this for today’s WEEKLY, I didn’t look at the price. While leather isn’t something I would skimp on, I would wait for one of J.Crew’s sales (they seem to happen like, all the time).
SALT + STONE SUNSCREEN // Sunscreen ain’t just for summer, folks.
SENUFO STOOL // Aged to perfection and ready for a little light styling. I think I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again: stools are the unsung hero of the styling world.
FRENCH GIRL LIP TINT // I’m fascinated by how fascinated we Americans are by French women. It’s been decades and we’re still obsessed. Anyway, lipstick kind of scares me, so this is on my wishlist.
GEOMETRIC LAMPS // Long have I lusted over Giacommeti (or even in the manner of Alberto Giacommeti) waxed plaster lamps. One random Google AI search later and I discovered this fabulous dupe. I may replace the shades (they feel ever so slightly off) but for now I’m delighted.
MOLESKIN SOFT COVER NOTEBOOK // The only journal I use. Stands up to travel, week of abuse in my overstuffed tote, and furious scribbles. I prefer the large, unlined, soft cover for my purposes.
COOLNESS: THE PURE ELEGANCE OF FREEDOM // I should probably take notes…
BISTRO TABLE // Best bistro table for the price. We have two that have been subjected to salt, sun, and sleet (maybe not sleet but I can’t resist alliteration…) and held up wonderfully.
WAFFLE HAND TOWEL // Scoop on your next Target run.
ANYA SILK SKIRT // Delicate eyelet detailing to add a little interest to a season-less-staple.
PETONI TUMBLER // Could work for a chic Halloween bar setup?
OVERSIZED SWEATER // At $19.99, I’m good to wear these sweaters hard all season long. And for those wondering, the quality is actually rather nice.
FRAME WITH MAT // Best frame for the price. The price is $21, by the way…
STRING LIGHTS // Best outdoor string lights. Heavy duty!
BONE INLAY MIRROR // Like many Etsy items, it’s customizable.
MIRACLE BALM // The relentless Instagram ads wore me down and I purchased Mirical Balm in “Happy Hour” (I think?). It’s a subtle color and shine that breaks up the monotony of my routine of highlighters. I haven’t experienced the miracle yet and I wonder if I should’ve gotten something with more color to get the full effect. That said, I’m not disappointed and if you, too, are inundated with Bobbi Brown’s Jones’ Road ads purchasing something will stop them.
