WEEK 41

DENIM BARN JACKET // Horse girls everywhere rejoice, barn jackets are back. Currently browsing thrift shops for a good one, but if I’m still empty-handed when it hits 60-degrees, I’ll be purchasing one new.

*CABA BAG // Endless summer vibes. Local Sources: Tori Jones Studio (Block Island & New York City)

NICO CARDIGAN // A chunky cotton cardigan that begs to be worn in a size up for an oversized fit.

VINTAGE INSPIRED FLAG // Personalize with your preferred coast. How cute would these be for a little boy’s room or whimsy gallery wall (no, gallery walls aren’t dead) in a short term rental?

*BOTTLE OPENER // Apparently it’s not a WEEKLY edit if I don’t include Sabre. Local Sources: Tori Jones Studio

RL TACK HOUSE STRIPE PILLOW // Loves a stripe.

*ABALONE SHELL // A whimsy catchall. Local Sources: Camelback Flowershop (Scottsdale, PHX)

SLVRLAKE JEANS // I’ve struggled with the idea of dropping hundreds of dollars on a single pair of jeans for as long as I can remember. I didn’t get it. I breezed past anything with a three digit price tag purely on principal. In desperation to find a suitable jean while on vacation, I tried on this SLVRLAKE pair. Now, I get it. Expect a true to size fit, low-stretch denim, and a crop that means 5’4 girlies won’t have to get them hemmed. Local Sources: Nell (Martha’s Vineyard), Parasol (Alys Beach).

PORTOBELLO JUG // Crafted from white-glazed Portuguese clay. Use for flowers or drinks.

THE MANUAL OF SAIL TRIM // Loves a theme.

BOSTON CLOGS // So ugly, yet so good. Half sizes should size up, in my experience… Sold out in your size? Shop more here.

FORTY YEARS OF AMERICAN STYLE // In celebration of the return of the J.Crew catalog (sign up to get it delivered here or pick up in store).

DOG-FRIENDLY SOCKS // Discovered this brand while looking for not-ugly clothes for our pitbull ( and yes, I know how crazy this makes me sound, but the dog gets really chilly, okay). Full disclosure: I haven’t ordered anything from Good Thomas, but they’re too cute not to share…

VINTAGE PENDANT LIGHT by AUDOUX MINET // Circa 1950s and would be just the right amount of kitschy for a beach house.

LEMON SQUEEZER // Utterly impractical but delightfully whimsy. Here’s a dupe, of which I can’t speak to the quality. Local Sources: Gohar (Online)

SAILING AMERICA // A really stunning book.
